Ping likes to play comedy-rock. This meaning they kind of mix Zappa with Monthy Python and George Clinton. The result is damn well played music - I really mean high quality musicianship. But - the result is also quite tirering after 5 songs or so. How funny can you be playing funny rock? Not, funny enough.

So if you like funny rock and cream coming from your speakers you might dig this. Otherwise, if you dig rock 'n' roll and the sound being distorted and nasty - forget this band. Sorry lads - or old sods - get a real job ...
